For many years art has been a big part of my life. Designing and creating is embedded in my personality, my first project was a school assignment where I constructed a world map using nothing but colored plasticine. From there I found myself drawn to painting on canvas, where my prepubescent self attempted to reflect my ‘existential angst’ using oils, color, and arbitrary brushstrokes. I thought my work evoked a keen sadness in people, but turns out it just hurt the viewer's eyes! Despite this, my dad hung the paintings for all to see (and apparently for all to suffer).

Fast forward 20 years, I integrated my passion for design and art into my pottery production business in Australia and the Philippines. Selling my design products at scale to countless art stores, hotels, cafes, etc, across Australia, this was a heartwarming experience. People finally enjoyed my work, this time tears of joy.

When I returned to Israel it was no surprise I revisited arts-and-crafts, only now I fell in love with sculptures and sculpting, in particular olive wood decor. It was during my time as a professional tour guide I met a veteran craftsman, Ali Asaca, who has been hand crafting wood for more than 30 years.

Together we create tradition and modern work. As we continue on our creative journey, we look to push the boundaries of art and introduce silver-work, stainless steel, and other materials into our works.

Even if you’re just passing through, please feel free to reach out and have a conversation!
